Dana runs an artwork portfolio site that she’s hosted with Web Hosting Hub for the last 4 years.
They helped me move my CPanel settings from my toxic previous host and helped set me up with the perfect plan. Years later they’re still my go-to host; I host dozens of sites with them and always recommend them to my clients. The fact that you have 24/7 friendly tech staff on hand really makes you feel like a VIP. (source)
This is the real reason I’m writing a somewhat positive review of them. I purchased an annual hosting plan with them that is automatically renewed just before the 1 year mark so your site doesn’t go offline. I completely forgot to cancel this so I was upset when I saw the charge on my credit card. After contacting them and explaining that I moved to a different host a month or so ago, they immediately refunded my money to my CC (source)
My hosting site @webhostinghub is so great. Every time I have an issue, they are so quick to respond and so helpful! (source)
All but one tech (and I have spoken to at least 5 different ones at this point) have been amazing. They explain things in laymen’s terms, are very patient, kind, courteous, and most have a great sense of humor. If you think you will need tech support, then this is the company you want to host your domain name with. (source)
I choose Web Hosting Hub after careful online research and I was not disappointed with my choice. I asked to speak with the professional who would be creating my website so that I could be reassured that we were both on the same page. We were. After these initial discussions I was in contact with my web designer whenever I needed. Throughout this process all my questions were answered forthrightly and on a timely basis. (source)

The many features and support that comes with premium webhosts are what most people are looking for. However, the prices of premium hosting can sting, especially if you’re working on a budget. Enter Web Hosting Hub, a company that strives to combine premium features with budget friendly prices.
Web Hosting Hub (or just simply, HUB) is the sister company of Inmotion Hosting. Although they seem to be targeting different market segments, HUB benefits greatly from the professionalism of its big sister. Feature-wise, HUB has some of the most comprehensive options out there. They offer pretty much unlimited everything – domains, sub-domains, MySQL databases, emails, FTP accounts, the works. They’re also known for their excellent 24/7 customer service, all trained to be friendly and patient while maintaining premium level professionalism. Although these features are comparable to premium webhosts such as SiteGround, one begins to wonder: how do they maintain premium services with such low prices?
iPage and HUB seem to have the same idea business idea – server space is shared among a lot of users, keeping their costs (and prices) low. However, doing so may result in overloaded servers, causing connection loss and accessibility problems. While we encountered a few of these issues with iPage, our experience with HUB was smooth as butter – no timeouts, logging in was quick and there were no problems with connectivity. Research revealed that many users were also pleased with HUB’s server performance, so it’s safe to say that HUB takes reliability very seriously, which is a big plus for us.
If Ruby on Rail and SSH is crucial to you, then you’ll be disappointed as HUB doesn’t support these features. You’ll also have to pay for backup but we find that to be a fair trade-off, considering their affordable prices.
Having said all that, we found HUB to be a very reliable hosting company. They operate with cPanel (always a delight to use) and they have a web builder which makes creating websites a breeze. More importantly, they promise 99% uptime which we find essential.
Ultimately, you can find better hosts out there, but you’re getting very decent service at really affordable prices with Web Hosting Hub. Perfect if you’re just starting out. HUB also has a 90-day money back guarantee (and a pro-rated system after that), so it’s always safe to try.
