You can track the homepage of your website on the free plan. You will be able to track additional pages on paid plans (coming soon).
What locations are available for tracking a URL?
10 locations are available for tracking a URL and these are US (West), US (East), Canada, São Paulo, London, Germany, Bangalore, Singapore, Japan, and Sydney. Choose your preferred location to start monitoring performance for that specific region.
How many locations can I track a website from?
You can track a website from 1 of 10 available locations on the free plan. Paid plans offering multi-location tracking are coming soon.
Can I change the tracking location of a website?
Yes, you can change the tracking location at any time. Simply select a new location in your dashboard to switch it and begin tracking performance from another region.
How frequent is my website server response time being tracked?
Your website’s server response time is tracked once every 1 hour on the free plan.
How frequent is my website uptime being tracked?
Your website’s uptime is tracked once every 20 minutes on the free plan.
Can I change the website being tracked after the initial setup?
Yes, you can change the website being tracked at any time. Simply update the URL of the tracked website details via your account settings.

You receive an email alert if server response time exceeds 2,000 ms, and this is logged as “Not Okay.” For response times between 500-2,000 ms, performance is logged as “Warning,” but no email is sent. If response time is below 500 ms, performance is logged as “Okay,” and no email is sent.

Do I get monthly reports of my tracked websites?
Yes, monthly performance reports of your tracked websites are sent during the first 3 months of the free plan. Upgrade to a paid plan to continue receiving these reports beyond 3 months.
Can I change how frequent I receive these reports?
No, the frequency of monthly reports cannot be changed at this time. Reports are automatically generated and sent to your email inbox once a month.
