I started as a ehost customer about 2005 or before. There has been some up and downs, but nothing really serious. I have six web sites on the reseller plan and they have always given me the support I needed. (IP 184.108.40.206)
Well, almost a month that I signed up with FastWebHost. Two times in this period I had some problems. One was with PHP and they solved my problem for me within half an hour. The second time was yesterday night. Also my own fault, because of my lack of enough knowledge. The moment I opened a ticket they started working on my problem and they solved it within an hour. 4 years of good service! I could not be more pleased with Fastwebhost. I had a technical issue with my wordpress site (my fault). I searched and searched for a solution. In the end I decided to contact Fastwebhost through their live chat. 7 minutes later the problem was fully resolved. (source)
I am using wordpress for my client’s websites and recently recommended to two of my clients Fastwebhost as their hosting provider. I have to say that Fastwebhost is far the best hosting company I ever used. The sites are working very well and the support is great. (source)

Online businesses need fast web hosting for their ecommerce site so it stands to reason that you might want to consider a company called FastWebHost for your hosting needs. But how does it stack up against the competition? Let’s review what makes this web host different from the rest.
FastWebHost was formerly known as “eHostPros.”
A lot of the big players in the web hosting industry are actually just brands owned by a big conglomerate. But FastWebHost is different. It is a privately-held company, which means that they have greater control over the focus and direction they take. According to their public information, the company is profitable and debt-free, as well. This is not a big corporation, but a friendly, mid-sized organization that hosts about 200,000 websites. They are based in California, USA.
Let’s look at the hardware and technology that powers a FastWebHost hosting plan.
To start, there are four datacenters located around the world: two in the United States, and one each in India and Amsterdam (with new datacenters coming soon to Germany, London and Brazil).
Each datacenter has superior redundancy with rapid self-healing features due to numerous server zones, multi-tiering and N+1 internal hardware elements. They also claim geographic redundancy due to their widespread, disaster-neutral locations.
Cisco provides the routing and switching equipment gear. Their servers use high performance quad processors.
Twenty-four/seven monitoring and a system of backup generators ensures that all systems are go by detecting problems early.
You will find any type of web hosting plan you might expect available from FastWebHost. These include:
All of these plans are meant to accommodate the increased bandwidth and traffic needs of small to mid-sized ecommerce concerns.
The Shared (20 gigs web space and unlimited bandwidth) and WordPress hosting plans (managed, unlimited visitors) are aimed at the small business owner who wants to easily get online and have access to user-friendly tools, such as a site builder and one-click installs. Shared plans include cPanel management. These aren’t “unlimited everything” packages (although there is one available, called the Enterprise shared hosting plan), but rather customized plans meant to fit a particular (ecommerce) market.
It’s a simple process to upgrade your account, as necessary. There is full root access available in FastWebHost’s VPS plans, which utilize Kernel Virtual Machine virtualization technology. You can scale these cloud-based plans as you wish.
Their Dedicated Server plans start at an amazingly low price of $99 per month, which makes them more affordable than much of the competition.
But what’s a hosting plan without excellent service and support?
FastWebHost starts the customer experience with free migration of an existing site. That can be rather tricky, so it’s a nice service to offer.
They refer to their support team and options (which include all the usuals: chat, online ticket, email, etc.) as “world class customer support.” But what do their customers have to say? Back in their eHostPros days, this company didn’t quite seem to know how to handle support requests in a professional manner or on a timely basis. Since they changed names and migrated to cloud-based hosting, reliability of hosting seems to have diminished slightly while customer service has gotten more responsive.
FastWebHost offers speedy hosting which is best for small- to medium-sized ecommerce sites and WordPress sites. They offer value pricing, a wide array of plans, all the features you need and expect, and datacenters throughout the world which provide good server response times to all your site’s visitors.
