Generally, all of my tickets have been answered within 5-10 minutes, which gives a good impression. However, I may note that I’ve used their tickets tens of times (16 to be exact) for numerous issues (half of them had to be fixed on root level), and a few of them have had issues acknowleding/addressing the issue in question, even though I’ve explained them in detail. I’ve received replies of “your SSL certificate is not broken” when the issue itself has been about “subdomain/vHost points to wrong part of the site”. These have been fixed in a hour (or less) when escalated to the supervisor, who seems to have a great idea of what the problem is. So, most of the support staff seem to be listening and helpful, but others don’t seem to be so keen. (source)

At checkout, look for add-ons automatically included in the purchase price which will bring your total higher than expected, such as premium support, backup service and HackAlert monitoring.
You might wonder how well SiteGround supports their growing customer base. Every customer has access to 24/7 technical support and is guaranteed 99.9 percent uptime for their website(s). But beyond these basics, customer support reps have a reputation for being extremely helpful and going above and beyond the call of duty to help their clients. The only negatives we could find with SiteGround are the fact that they put such low limits on the amount of bandwidth and space provided for their shared hosting accounts.
